A Sacred Space of Prayer and Blessings

The Baskudisha of St. Gregorios Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church, Perumbakkam, Chennai, stands as a sacred place of prayer, devotion, and spiritual refuge.

With hearts full of gratitude to our Lord, we joyfully celebrated the consecration of the Baskudisha (Beskudisho d’Madbaha), marking a sacred and grace-filled milestone in the life of our parish, on 25th October 2025.

The holy consecration service was prayerfully led by H.E. Mor Osthatheos Issac, Metropolitan of the Mylapore, Bangalore, and UK Diocese.

It was a grace-filled and spiritually uplifting day as we rededicated our sanctuary for the Glory of God, seeking His abundant blessings upon all who gather in His holy presence.
